Hi Sangeetha,

There is a PAN name mismatch for all individuals as it includes the father's name. If the Aadhar name matches with the UAN portal name and if the Aadhar is verified, that will be sufficient to conduct all transactions such as transfers, claims, partial withdrawals, etc.

Thanks V.M.Lakshminarayanan I tried the same, but the moment i try to claim my PF, it says your Pan card is not linked, hence 30% of the amount will be deducted.

You should first correct your Aadhar Card based on your PAN Card. Then update both your Aadhar and PAN on the UAN portal. After that, you can proceed to withdraw or transfer your PF.

Hi, if your aadhar is verified then you can apply your claim and submit a scan copy of 15G online.

Dear All,

One of our employees' Pension Contribution in PF is 39330 (shown in the passbook), while claiming 10-C pension contribution, he claimed 33979 only. Regarding this, we inquired in the PF Office Account Section, but they didn't give a proper answer.

So, kindly provide me with a solution in this regard.

Sangetha Swamy: If your service is less than five years and total contribution is more than 50000/-, TDS will be deducted; otherwise, no issue. In Bangalore, Peenya PF official has suggested to avoid TDS. If the employee has less than 5 years of service and PAN is not linked, they should submit a 15g form along with the online claim acknowledgment. Contact your PF office.

Mandatory documents for KYC include Aadhar and a bank account for EPF. When claiming EPF withdrawal, ensure that your PAN is linked with your bank account. If it is, submit Form 15G to avoid TDS.

I recommend updating your PAN and Aadhar with matching names. This way, both PAN and Aadhar can be used as KYC documents.

Mandatory documents are Aadhar and bank account. PAN is mandatory if your service is less than five years and total contribution is more than Rs. 50,000. Otherwise, no need to submit PAN. If yes, then update your PAN in PF and submit the online claim form with a scanned copy of Form 15-G.
