Hi, I am working in the Education E-learning industry. Regarding minimum wages, we have 12 employees working at a salary of $9,400 gross for the IT engineer profile. I received notification for the same in mid-February 2019. However, after discussing it with management, they are not convinced about the category, i.e., semi-skilled employee with a minimum wage of $9,504. Hence, the revision of the salary has been pending since January 2019. Now we have a query from the auditor regarding the same.
Can anyone please help me with what can be done for the revision of the salary from January 2019? What measures can we take for this?
