I wanted help in designing an organization for the scenario given. Additional information is that a typical auto showroom would generate revenues from the following: Service and spares: 50% New cars: 35% Old cars: 10% Financing/Insurance: 5% Profitability is mainly from the first item. Sales would be through walk-in customers and corporate customers. CRM would be an important part of auto dealers' activities. Support areas would be administration, accounts, security, and above all HR.
The next step would be the identification of KRAs for the CEO and the first line of management below him at the showroom. Finally, which functions should report through the Regional Offices and which could go directly to Head Office?

Dear Peer,
The link had a treasure trove of information on various aspects of HR. My eyes really lit up on seeing the contents. Many thanks for exposing me to this treasure trove.
My interest area in the short term is Organization Design and development of KRAs for Head Office, Regional Office, and Showrooms for a chain of auto dealers who also handle high-end generating sets. The cars are sold through showrooms. The throughput per showroom may be assumed as 4 to 5 cars sold per day and 20 to 30 cars serviced/repaired per day. Generating sets are sold to institutions and through a dealer network.
Please do provide me specific links for OD and KRAs.
Many thanks and regards.
