Hello, I interviewed with the company in February and was selected the same month. However, they released the offer letter in March. After receiving the offer letter, I resigned from my current job, and now I am on a notice period of three months. After completing one month of the notice period, I went to the doctor for some health issues and found out that I am pregnant and 15 weeks have passed. I want to inform my new company about this, but I am unsure how they will react, as I am the only person responsible for their business here in Mumbai since they have recently started operations in the city.

I don't want to leave this job. I want to manage both securing my job and taking care of the baby. Kindly suggest what to do in this scenario.

Pl inform the company honestly. Honesty may pay dividends and company takes a positive view on retaining you considering the sole responsibility your post has.
