So far M.W. Notification of Uttar Pradesh is not officially declared, but it is presumed that the rate as attached, is correct and same shall be intimated later on may be after Elections.

This incomplete notification is already there on this thread. In this notification, nowhere is it written that relates to the UP Labour Department. If any government official has provided this letter/notification to anybody, then why are they not providing the full copy of the notification? If the UP Labour Department has issued this letter, then why are they not uploading the same on their departmental website?
