Can employees challenge forceful resignation in India?

I am/was an employee of Exl Services India Pvt. Ltd, located in Noida-64, Center-6, Uttar Pradesh. I was forced to resign from my position as an Executive in the Triage cum Subrogation & Contention Process. My company's employee access card was seized by the operational supervisor and Manager on the same day (in the absence of the HR Manager at Exl Services India Pvt. Ltd, Noida, C-6, Uttar Pradesh) without any acknowledgment given to me.

The forced resignation was demanded to be written after I was threatened by the operational supervisor and Manager inside a closed cabin. They stated that if I did not write and sign the resignation on a blank paper, they would blacklist me at NASSCOM, making it difficult for me to secure a corporate job in the future.

This coercive act and threat were directed towards me because I took an unscheduled day off on October 26, 2018. However, during my tenure at the company, I had only taken 3-4 unscheduled days off until that date, and since July 2018, I had not requested a single day off.

I seek assistance in understanding the details and available remedies. My queries are as follows:

(1) Under which Indian acts, rules, and regulations can employees file grievances related to forceful resignations on blank paper against the management of Exl Services India Pvt. Ltd?

(2) Which Indian Ministry is the legislative authority for establishing and enforcing rules and regulations for the recruitment, resignation, and termination of employees in Exl Services India Pvt. Ltd?

(3) Is it legal (under Indian Legal Acts) for an employee to be forced to resign on a blank paper without prior notice and without completing any investigation if the management is biased against the employee for being absent for a day in the office?

(4) Is it lawful for the management (in the absence of an HR manager) of Exl Services India Pvt. Ltd to accept a resignation letter on a blank paper through forced and coercive means?

(5) What are the rules, clauses, and regulations concerning the recruitment, resignation, termination, and Ask to Leave of employees at Exl Services India Pvt. Ltd, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India?

Thank you,
G.A.
