Please help me to create an announcement letter to all employees regarding the new attendance policy. A finger scanner has been installed in our office, and I just need to send an email to all employees instructing them to use the scanner when they arrive at work and before leaving the office. It is important to note that many employees hold higher positions than I do. I have been directed by our company president, my boss, to implement this new policy.
