To establish a uniform system in all Teoco offices in India, we are implementing some changes in the canteen system at the Gurgaon office, effective from June 1st, 2016. The changes will be as follows:
- A tuck shop will be introduced in the cafeteria to offer you more food options, but at actual prices.
- Free snacks will be available for night shift employees only, between 10 pm and 6 am.
- Free dinner will be provided to night shift employees exclusively; afternoon shift employees must purchase a coupon at the reception before 4 pm to order dinner for the same day.
Please assist me in crafting a suitable email based on the above information that conveys the message effectively and positively.
Thank you.

You deserve appreciation for posting your draft first and then seeking others' opinions to improve it. This clearly shows a positive intent and a willingness to learn.
Draft for Employee Communication
"Dear Employees,
As you may be aware, our company operates several offices in India. The management is taking steps to implement uniform policies across all its offices. In line with this, the following changes will be effective from June 1st:
- The cafeteria will provide more food/snack items, soft drinks, tea, and coffee on a payment basis (on a no-profit, no-loss basis) for those working in the general and afternoon shifts.
- Free snacks and free dinner will be provided to night shift employees who work between 10 PM and 6 AM.
- Those working in the afternoon shifts will need to buy coupons (on a payment basis) before 4 PM on the same day if they wish to have dinner."

I have one suggestion. Avoid the use of unnecessary capital letters in the middle of a sentence. The use of a capital letter is restricted to proper nouns and at the beginning of a sentence only. For example, "Free snacks and free dinner will be provided to the night shift people who work between 10 pm and 6 am." would be the correct construction.
