I joined a company named Mainframe Energy Solar Solutions, based in Jhandewalan, Delhi. The company was very lax in releasing staff salaries, sometimes delaying payments for 2-3 months. Helplessly, I left the company with proper intimation and a notice period of 15 days. I joined in January and finally left in August. Since then, the company has closed its doors. They neither reply nor release the due salary for more than 3 months. Unfortunately, such companies still exist in the market, spoiling the future of candidates. The Delhi government or the Labor Department should take strict action against such companies. Please advise on how to recover my salary from over 3 months.
