I would like to know if the organization decides on a pay cut for its employees and if an employee is searching for another job with a similar or higher pay. In that case, how should the employee inform the former employer, and what documents or certificates should the employee request from the current employer to present to the new employer and avoid unnecessary attention?

Dear Ramnath,

In such a case, you can cite pay cut reasons to your next employer and negotiate your last salary before the pay cut. It is better to keep things transparent than invite any issues in the future.
