Recently, I have joined an IT partnership firm in Gurgaon. It has its registered office in Delhi, but the corporate office is in Gurgaon. Currently, we are providing 8 CL and 12 SL to our employees for the calendar year, apart from all the National Holidays. Just need to confirm, is it mandatory to provide Privilege Leave or Earned Leave to Employees? Your early response would be highly appreciated.
