Kindly suggest a suitable format for a confirmation letter specifically for sales employees. For example, on what grounds should we evaluate their confirmation? Please share the required information as soon as possible as it is urgently needed for an employee.

Confirmation is based on performance. During probation, employee performance has to be assessed by the immediate boss and vetted by the senior person in charge of sales. It can be based on volumes, collections, or both, excluding any sales returns.
