Query regarding ESIC
I have a query regarding ESIC. In an emergency, I admitted my wife to a private hospital in the 8th month of pregnancy. The doctor suggested an immediate operation for delivery. At that time, I was not able to inform ESIC due to my ignorance of ESI benefits, even though I am listed in ESIC. Her medical expenses exceed my paying capacity. Now, we want to claim her medical expenses from the ESI department as I have been contributing to ESIC for more than 2 years. Is it possible to claim these expenses from ESIC in this case? If yes, what is the complete procedure for this?

You may request the ESIC authority but may it will be not much fruitful because the ESIC if would had referred your wife to any private hospital, you may get the reimbursement unless no!
