Can I Claim ESIC for My Mother's Hip Replacement Surgery at AIIMS? How Does It Work?

Recently my mother had a hip replacement surgery in AIIMS, new delhi. Can any one tell me that can I claim esic. If yes then how?

If you were not referred to AIIMS by ESIC also if you didn’t inform them before the surgery it is nearly impossible to get the claim now.
