Dear seniors,

I am working as an HR Executive in a pharmaceutical company. Recently, I had an interview with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, and so far, I have cleared 3 rounds of interviews. However, just now, I received a call from HR asking me to appear for the final round interview tomorrow with the Plant Head.

Dear seniors, please help me out with what type of questions the Plant Head is supposed to ask because I am completely unaware of it. I would be really grateful if somebody could reply to my query.

Regards,
Naresh Arvind

The plant head will see things from a broader perspective. You need to present yourself as a sober employee who will be beneficial to the company in terms of job output. He will assess your general behavior and how well you are likely to gel in the company. But notwithstanding that you passed 3 rounds, update yourself with the latest in your field.
