Hi, my name and DOB are incorrectly recorded in the EPFO. I had submitted an application through my company to EPFO along with my PAN and Aadhaar card in Aug 2016. I received a reply in Dec 2017 stating "Request denied. Document required." How do I get this corrected? Attempts to link Aadhaar also failed with comments stating that the data doesn't match.
