Dear All, I have to fill out Form U for my company. We are a startup with 40 employees. I am a little confused as I don't understand some points in Form U:

Number of man-days worked

Do we have to mention this for each employee separately, or do we have to list it name by name?

Total amount of salary paid

Is this an overall figure, or do we need to calculate it for each employee separately?

Please guide me through this. Also, if any of you have a filled Form U for reference, please share it as I need to provide this to my manager as soon as possible.
