I have a doubt on PT Calculation. One of the employees' salaries in our organization is Rs. 25,000/-. So, every month Rs. 200/- is being deducted from his salary as PT.
He has LOPs in the month of December, and his earned gross for the month of December is only Rs. 7,600/-. My question is, should PT be deducted from his salary even if his earned gross is less for that particular month? Please clarify.
