There are two ways to withdraw an advance. One is through the online mode. If your Aadhaar card and bank details are linked with your UAN, you can apply from your member login at https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.g...emberinterface.
The second way is to apply offline by filling out the composite claim form as attached. Ensure you have rendered service for five years to be eligible to withdraw the amount for the required reason.
You can get the amount for the purchase of a site: 24 months' basic wages and DA; for the purchase of a house/flat/construction: 36 months' basic wages and DA, or the total of employee and employer share with interest, or the total cost, whichever is least.
