Dear Seniors, I am unable to update employees' family details and Aadhar details on the ESIC website using the Mozilla Firefox browser. The radio button seems to be malfunctioning as clicking on it does not open the next window.

I also attempted to use Internet Explorer, where the radio button displayed the next window. However, upon entering the Aadhar number, an error message stating "You must enter text with 12 or fewer characters" appeared. Despite trying on different days and at various times (evening, afternoon, late night), the issue persists. I consulted with our IT personnel, and they mentioned that it is a problem with the website.

Please advise on how to update the family details. One of our employees needs an updated TIC form to avail medical benefits through ESIC. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Dear Mozilla users,

To reset Firefox, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Tools" option in Mozilla.
2. Select "Troubleshooting" and then choose "Reset Firefox."
3. Firefox will refresh.

When you open the ESIC website, it may prompt for security confirmation. Click on "Advanced" and confirm the security option. Log in to the ESIC portal and open the "Update Family Member" section. The website might ask to allow pop-ups. Once you complete these steps, you can add a family member. Remember to keep the browser open until you finish.

"Log in to the ESIC portal and open the 'Update Family Member' section." -- Here is where I am facing a problem. I followed your instructions, but the same issue persists. The Family details section is not opening; the radio buttons remain unresponsive. If you have any screenshots available, please send them.

Dear Sir While doing the updation of family member , it shows twice in details with wrong adhar no, tried for lot of time but double adhar no showing in list after save. Please help

I have the same problem in Mozilla Firefox browser, but when I log in to Internet Explorer, all details in ESIC are editable. So, I suggest you try using the Internet Explorer browser.

I have also tried a number of times on Mozilla, but I was not able to update. Then I logged in from Internet Explorer, and I was able to update it.

Dear Seniors,

I have found a solution to the query I posted earlier. The solution is to use Mozilla Firefox version 42.0. When using this version, the editing of family details works perfectly. Please note that I only tested this by installing the older version.

I logged in through Internet Explorer. Instead of going to the ESIC portal, I received a message which reads, "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? This website contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage." How can I solve this problem?

Dear sir,

I am not able to verify my family member's Aadhaar number in the ESIC Employee Portal. I am using Mozilla Firefox versions 38, 40, and 42. However, it is not possible to verify it.
