I am using the IT skill matrix Excel sheet in our company. It shows employee-wise vs. skill-wise skills and is updated by employees periodically. However, I am not sure about the accuracy and efficiency of the sheet. I would like to know about other templates used in the industry for more effective outputs. I am looking forward to your support. I am just trying to understand other views and am planning to build a new one with a different ideology.
