My company's strength has increased from 18 to 46 in one month, but the gross wages of 37 employees are above the ESIC ceiling of 21k. Am I still eligible for coverage under the ESIC scheme?

Hi,applicable only when the no. of employees earning <21000 / pm is 20 or more..
