Dear sir, I have generated ESI monthly challan for the jan 2017 now which was missed some where then how to down load the missed challan - please help me urgently sir.

It's very easy to open esic.in, but don't log in. Scroll down until you see the option to pay E-challan; you will find it on the left side of the screen. Click on that. If you get an error message, click on the button to add an exception. Then, you will get a screen asking for your code and captcha. Complete the required fields, and you will receive the challan number.
