Hi attaching the base format of Increment letter for ur reference. Pls do translate according to your industry and you can use this.
Dear friends, I would prefer to keep the communication for granting annual increments as simple as possible. Accordingly, I suggest it to be like this:
Annual Increment Notification
Dear Mr./Ms. [Recipient's Name],
We are pleased to inform you that an annual increment of Rs. [Amount]/- per month, effective from [Date], is granted to you, increasing your existing Pay/Salary/CTC from Rs. [Previous Amount] to Rs. [New Amount] after effecting the increment.
We hope that your performance will further improve and wish you all the very best in your career.
Yours sincerely,
HR

I suggest issuing salary increment letters individually rather than posting them on the company's notice board. The content of the letter will vary according to the rating assigned to each employee. For example, an employee rated as "Satisfactory" will receive a different letter compared to an employee rated as "Superior," "Exceptional," or "Outstanding."
If the salary increase is based on performance appraisal with the aforementioned ratings, it is advisable to distribute the letters individually. However, if the management decides on a uniform salary increase for all staff as a gesture of appreciation, a general notice will suffice.
Thank you,

3. Further increment to "Rs. 00000" with effect from 6th Jan 2016.
