Hi all, I have been working in a company for the past 5 months under probation, and now I have received an offer from a big MNC that I would like to switch to. I will be joining the MNC as a fresher. Do I need a relieving letter from my current company? I have a bond of 2 lakh with my current company, and I am not willing to pay that amount just to obtain a relieving letter. Please help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
