Issue with Full and Final Settlement

I was working with a reputed organization as an Assistant Branch Manager two years ago. I left the job after completing all required formalities and the notice period. When I started following up on the subject matter, the main concerns were raised regarding outstanding dues. I had completely handed over to my immediate seniors at that time, and the company allowed me to move on. In the meantime, I resolved all pending issues as per the organization's requirements. I have all corresponding records.

Last month, the management agreed to release my Full and Final settlement (F&F), and they have taken all the required documents for TDS deduction, instructing me to forward them for approval.

I have been trying to contact the concerned individuals who conveyed the last message, but they are not responding to phone calls. Even when I tried calling from another number, they were dismissive and informed me that the approval process would take at least one month or more.

I have been waiting for two years, and the estimated F&F amount should be 1.75 lakhs.

Please suggest what I should do.
