Dear team,

Greetings. I'm new to this forum. I have completed my MBA in 2008, specializing in HR and Marketing. I have worked in the Marketing area and have been involved in product training as part of my job. Currently, I am planning to transition my career towards training and am interested in pursuing training and development courses. Could anyone provide me with advice and details, as I have limited knowledge in this area?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Everyone, I hope you all are fine and doing well.

I am excited to share that I am actively seeking an opportunity to participate in a Learning & Development or Training & Development certification course on the best online platform. As an experienced Trainer, I believe this certification will further enhance my skills and expertise in this domain, allowing me to deliver even more impactful training sessions.

I would be grateful for your support in adding some key skills to my profile, specifically in these areas.

Many institutions like the Indian Society for Training and Development and the All India Management Association conduct Train the Trainer programs frequently. I also conduct a program called "How to Become an Effective Trainer."

Training as a Career

Training is an exciting career. However, please remember that you should engage in a lot of self-development, such as reading various books like motivational works, autobiographies of great leaders, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata, the Bible, and anything else you can find, as well as reading newspapers daily. All of these activities provide you with a wealth of knowledge to conduct training programs effectively.

The Role of Humor in Training

Developing humor plays a significant role in training. Training should be a passion, not just a job. Please remember that.
