Dear All,

Suppose one employee rejoins the same organization after 1 year of his relieving (all the exit formalities completed as per the rule), is it necessary to create a fresh employee code in EDMS? New ID card also?

Hi Susanta.

When the same employee joins the company after one year, he has acquired an additional year of knowledge. As a result, he may not be rehired at the same salary or in the same position. Therefore, the new employee will receive a new ID card and a new access code.

Hi, Yes you have to give him a new I-Card, though he had served company 1 year back. His file was closed at that time and this time he has joined as new employee.
