The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, vide Gazette notification number No. F.Addl.LC/Lab/MW/2016/4859, has revised the minimum rates of wages for the National Capital Territory of Delhi, effective 4th March 2017.

Dear All,

Could anyone provide an update following the stay order on minimum wages? Please share your views. Also, do you have any confirmation that these minimum wages will be compulsory to apply from 01.04.2017?

We have also observed a notification dated 31.05.2017 where the DA allowance was added to the previous wages. Please find the same attached.
