Can anybody post 'minimum wages notice' for Maharashtra here?..for the period of Jan 2017 to June 2017?..also please tell me what is the exact period of changing it?

Paycheck.com Maharashtra MW are declared for two periods, Jan to June and July to Dec. But actual notification so far comes after one month. So every time you have to give arrears of one month.

Minimum wages consist of only basic & DA. In Maharashtra and West Bengal, an additional minimum of 5% of HRA is payable on earnings of these two components for organizations employing 50 or more employees. ESIC deduction is at 1.75% of gross wages. In Maharashtra, DA is termed as a special allowance.

The duties the office attendant is required to discharge will determine whether he is unskilled, semi-skilled, or skilled. You need to be a dispassionate judge, as you will have to justify your decision when questioned by authority, if at all.
