Certificate of Employment Delay
Today, I asked my HR for a Certificate of Employment for some important matters, but she denied my request. She explained that they have something to fix first or need an urgent meeting to determine when they can release the Certificate of Employment.

The former is requested to take a loan for a house or purchase a vehicle, etc. The latter is asked for so that it serves as proof of employment in the company.
