As per EPFO Circular No. Exem/Misc./CBT - Item/2013/Vol-II/32894 dated 07.03.2017, as part of simplifying the settlement claims process, EPFO has discontinued the use of revenue stamps on claim forms for claim amounts being paid through NEFT. This notification is in pursuance of an earlier notification released in the year 2015 and is issued to inform the same for P.F exempted establishments to ensure that these instructions are followed strictly.
