I have been running my money changers business in Nadiad for the past 4 years under the Nadiad Nagar Palika. Currently, there is a problem with renewing my shop act registration. The issue arises because the shop is registered under my partner or director's name, and I am the authorized person to handle such matters.

money changing comes under NBFC rules, and for renewal, only the proprietor / pratner / director can apply, authrized signatory can handle the papers on behalf of the owners.
