Before filing a death claim, please check that the nomination form has been submitted. Form 19, 10D, and Form 5IF are needed to file. Form 5IF is available on the EPFO site at http://www.epfindia.com/site_docs/PDFs/Downloads_PDFs/Form5IF.pdf. Not everything can be filled through Excel or auto-fillable forms.

It is form 20 of EPF, not 19 ,that should be submitted by the nominee or legal heir of the deceased member to withdraw epf amount.
