Dear Vineeta,

Thanks for sharing. I found the answers for 2 questions only, which you had doubts about.
Q2) Which form is used to claim ESI benefits? - Form 16 is the correct form, I think. (I searched on the ESI website, and there is no Form 18 available. However, Form 18 is used to submit Accident Reports to the Inspector of Factories.)

Q3) For which of the following deductions is written intimation given to the employee according to the Payment of Wages Act? - C is the only correct answer for both.

I have attached some objective-type questions that I collected from the UGC website (I'm sorry, but I haven't solved them yet). Please continue sharing regarding this.

Regards,

Hi, Good Morning,

Form 16 is also used in ESI, not only for salary and tax; the format is different. After confirmation, only I will post that. Form 16 is a claim for periodical payment of dependent benefit. If you have any doubts, please refer to the ESI website [ESIC Home Page](http://www.esic.nic.in).

You are absolutely right, but it's easy to get a profile of a recruiter instead of getting a core HR profile. I am also trying to get into core HR but not getting any information about the hiring, as companies never disclose information about HR hiring. If you have any information regarding HR jobs in Delhi NCR, please do let me know.
