Self-Assessment for Career Decision Making
Why are you not able to decide by yourself which job suits you? How do others know what job suits you? You need to ask yourself some questions:
1) What is your aptitude for a job?
2) Do you have an aptitude for numbers, graphs, and the analysis of permutations and combinations that Finance requires?
3) Do you enjoy dealing with products, meeting people, and negotiating with them, which marketing requires?
4) Do you prefer outdoor work or desk work?
5) Are you an extrovert, introvert, or a mixture of both?
You need to ask yourself such questions and answer them honestly to help you understand your passion. You have had experiences in Finance, HR, and Admin. There is nothing like one being easier or softer than the other; each has its own challenges. It is only you who has to make a decision on such issues.

Network with professionals in your city, state, and the nation. Develop a passion for learning and acquire skills. Have you done internships or worked on any projects during your studies and thereafter? Project them properly on your resume. Review your resume to make it interesting. If necessary, seek the help of a professional. Be positive, and help will come.
