Hi Hariesi,
Now, first, you are required to update the KYC of your newly joined employee with their PAN number or AADHAR Number, Bank Account details, and other necessary information in the PF unified portal. After filling in all the details, please click on the submit button and verify. The portal will automatically generate the UAN number.
