Whether all of you are having difficulty reaching the web page of the unified portal for the submission of UAN-based ECR. I have been trying for the last 3-4 days, but it's not opening. I have also approached the EPF office, but no one is replying. Can anyone help me out? Are any of you also experiencing the same problem?

I was trying in the morning at 7.30 - 8.00 a.m., but I was not getting through. Today, it is showing SQL Error code: 12516. What does that mean?

Also, I am unsure about the difference between Establishment sign-in and Employer sign-in. Where do we need to sign in? Please help me out.

SQL Error code: 12516

It is their server limit error, which would be rectified soon. The site is updated regularly, and the establishment sign is available. Yesterday, we filed some returns after lunch hours as the server was not responding in the morning.

could any one post the format of register UAN in bulk in excel format

At this point, don't try to upload bulk UAN. Each member has a separate set of KYC, and most of them are unsubmitted to EPFO. So, for a single person, even if the entire file will get rejected. However, by adding them one by one, the employer has the option to add more KYC documents or reject the member in case of a mismatch.

Though if you feel that one can do well in bulk adding, then the file format is enclosed.
