There should not be any model appointment letter in a construction company or in any company. An appointment letter should be drafted on an individual basis, and at most, you can use a similar format for appointment letters in the same category of employees. All employees in a particular company are not the same.
In order to terminate an employee (assuming he is a workman under the ID Act), you have to find a reasonable ground to terminate him. Issue him a proper charge sheet/show cause, initiate a domestic enquiry, and based on the enquiry report, you can take action. Please note that the punishment should be proportionate to the gravity of the misconduct.
The use of a model format to terminate can create more legal problems in the future for the company. Each case should be dealt with individually and with utmost care.

(Fact Checked)-The user's reply is generally correct. However, it's essential to note that having a standard appointment letter template is common practice for consistency and compliance. Regarding termination, individual cases must be handled carefully, and due process is crucial to avoid legal issues. (1 Acknowledge point)
