I was then promoted to a sales manager after one and a half years since the previous person left the job. Now, I am in need of an experience letter. I have prepared a format; please suggest to me what to do as it is an emergency.

The breakup of service roles is never mentioned in the certificate, but it's mentioned that at the time of leaving, the person was posted as "..........."
For example, if a person started as a peon and held seven different positions over a period of 10-15 years, how can a manager keep track of this? The muster roll and employment records are the available documents with the establishment. Through these records, they can confirm the duration of service from and to periods, as well as the last post assigned.
