Dear seniors,
I work in the service industry, and a client is asking for Bonus Form C. However, we are currently paying the bonus monthly as part of the gross salary. Now the client is specifically requesting the Bonus Form C. Could you please advise me on whether I should maintain this practice or not?
Thank you.

Mr. Amol,
If you are paying a small amount under the category of salary (bonus) monthly, along with your salary, it will be considered as part of your salary. You cannot prepare for or assume that what you are paying is a bonus.
Anyway, may I ask where you are located, in India or abroad? Also, for which area are you inquiring about the bonus?
