I have received an employment visa for two years as an Assistant Engineer. Unfortunately, my father has passed away, and I have returned from the UAE. I am unable to go back to the UAE. Is it possible to cancel the UAE visa from India? Additionally, with a UAE visa, is it possible to travel to Qatar?

Entry Requirements for Qatar

My company closed operations 2 years ago, and I was left with a UAE resident permit for 2 years, which expired in July 2016. Due to personal reasons, I was not able to travel during the last 2 years, and my visa became invalid. Consequently, I could not obtain a visit visa when I applied upon the expiry of my visa.
Procedure for Cancelling an Expired Visa
