Actually, our company (software company) has a policy that an employee has to serve a notice period of 2 months, and this two-month salary will be provided in the third month after full and final settlement. I just want to confirm if this policy is correct or if it requires some changes. Employees have raised concerns that there is no such policy where the notice period salary will be provided after the full and final settlement.
