I have joined a CMMI 5 in Chennai. After working for 1 week, I came to know that 70% of the work is maintenance and 30% is development. My previous experience is in complete development. I don't want to work in CMMI 5. I want to leave without serving the notice period. I have an offer from a product-based company that I want to accept. Can CMMI 5 take any legal action against me?
