Hi All,
This is Gevetha, and I'm new to the HR field. I have an idea to improve my career as an SAP HR Consultant. I would like to know what are the steps I need to follow. Is there any separate course that I should do? Please do give me valuable suggestions, my seniors.
Regards,
Geeve

Ms. Gevetha,
With 5 months of experience, I think you have learned the art of fundamental application. If you are in core HR, then you must have grasped the core concepts. If you are in recruitment, I believe you have focused solely on that aspect.
I suggest one thing: first, familiarize yourself with all dimensions of HR. Gain maximum knowledge in each area, which may take at least 2 years. Concentrate on this, and later, you will have the opportunity to select the best module in SAP HR.
Hope you understand my point.

Sai Prasad

Dear Ms. Gevetha,
With this experience, what do you have? I don't think you need to go for any other course. Later on, as your experience increases, there will be a chance for you to get specialized according to your interest. At that point in time, you can opt for other courses.
For now, concentrate on your career and go through all the mails that are being posted by friends. Analyze from your end and go through all the opinions of others.
All the best for your bright career.
Regards,
Sai Prasad.
