My PF number is KN/BN/43003/148. I don't know about the establishment code and UAN number. Please help me out to get the establishment code and UAN number, or please let me know how I can get the address where my PF is maintained.

As per the PF number that you mentioned, the PF office is located in Bangalore, near Richmond Circle on Rajaram Mohan Roy Road. Your Establishment code is 43003.
The UAN number shall be provided by the company itself or by the EPF Department.

Hi, UAN is allotted by EPF office and it can be downloaded through ECR employer login. Please contact your employer for UAN. After getting UAN, I have to activate it in member portal to view your balance and account details. For this, you use the UAN services link in EPF website epfindia.com.
