Procedure for Shifting PF Account and Salary Register
I am working as a Senior Executive in HR at a Manufacturing Organization in Delhi. One of my employees previously worked at our Delhi office, so we maintained his PF account there. However, he has now shifted to our Noida office. What is the procedure to shift his PF account to Noida? Also, where should I maintain his salary register, at the Delhi office or the Noida office? Additionally, please advise me on the necessary documentation required for this process. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
