Hi,
I need some suggestions from all of you. Actually, I am working as an HR professional in an IT company. Every week, we have internal meetings with all associates. These meetings consist of presentations by each employee in turn. Now, my boss wants to introduce group discussions related to any topic after each presentation. I would like to request your help in coming up with topics for these group discussions. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

This is a good idea. Please inform if your boss wants to keep it more technical or general. If on general subjects, my suggestion would be to tackle issues or subjects of your day-to-day coordination, e.g.:
1. How to follow the timelines
2. Discuss ideas of the best team skills
3. Interpersonal communication
4. Ideas on how to keep our company culture up to the mark or raise it to the optimum
5. Challenges being faced or that will be faced in the future by the IT industry and how to overcome them
6. Customer service-related
7. Work-life balance, etc.
8. Everyone to brief their tasks on hand and the support required from others, if any.
Kindly note, the discussions should happen as a brainstorming session without pinpointing any person or personnel in the organization. You may target certain behaviors or incidents but not the persons. The motto should be a fair exchange of ideas to arrive at a win-win situation.
Hope this helps.
