Team, I need your views and references for uplifting the first-level supervisors who have come up from the ranks. Typically, such supervisors were promoted from the workmen category, and we need to create a 6-12 months training course for them to upgrade and enhance their effectiveness.
Ideally, a certified course that requires necessary qualifications at the end shall be the mandate. I am seeking some references of proven agencies who have been part of such turnarounds.

Training Solutions for First-Time Managers
