I have got an opportunity to work for a leading MNC automobile company but in an off role (3rd party pay roll). So I am a bit confused whether to join or not.
Please guide me.

Mr. Subhankar,
1.Please analyse, presently in which company you are working and what is your position.
2. Working for a MNC but in Off Role may not add any value to your future career.
3. Check if the MNC has any rules in observing Off Role employees after certain period of time on certain creteria.
If the you are clear on the above points , then make a decision.
Always keep your future growth also in the mind
Best wishes

Dear Subhankar- working on third party roll is not very encourging and does not give career growth. These days most of the known MNCs keep employees on third party roll which only give the employees feeling of working with the known MNCs but the fact is that they are not welcomed in other companies.Better think twice to jump for joining MNC on third party roll.Rakesh Trikha hrmskill.com

Mr. Aguptapnp (whatever be your real name),
First of all your question seems to be quite hypothetical, as no private company is expected to keep its office open for all the 365/366 days of a year in any situation. Can you please clarify what type of job you are doing in that priate company of Haryana?

Do I understand that you have been working in same company since 1992 without any break.
It seems difficult to believe.
Complain to labour officer of the area for redress.

Nathrao ji,
Members can well understand the querist was unable to know for all the 23 long that he was working in a company, which has adopted 7 working day with no rest allowed in the month/year as well as on national day, festival and now after 23 years he wants to know where he can complain about that! Is he not kidding and taking the members as if idiots?
To be frank, I have my own doubt about the author of the original post as well as the present post to be the same, as both joined this forum only 2 days back (31.12.2015). Even the original post about "opportunity to work for a leading MNC automobile company but in off role(3rd party pay role)" also seems to be a hypothetical or academic story by the author just to make fun of the members, who attempt to reply his query.
